Overview
Ntantiso Professional Service is recruiting an Enrolled Nurse for a permanent position within a specialised private psychiatric rehabilitation facility.
This setting is focused on structured long term recovery and reintegration. It supports adults who are medically stable and participating in a voluntary therapeutic programme designed to rebuild independence, routine, and functional daily living skills.

Role Summary
The Enrolled Nurse will be responsible for supporting patients within a structured residential rehabilitation programme. This includes contributing to daily care routines, monitoring wellbeing, and working closely with the clinical team to support recovery outcomes.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and occupational therapists.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide day to day nursing support within a residential rehabilitation setting
• Assist with structured routines and therapeutic programme activities
• Monitor psychological and physical wellbeing of residents
• Support medication administration and observation as required
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary clinical team
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
• Contribute to a safe, stable, and supportive recovery environment
Requirements
• SANC registered Enrolled Nurse
• Previous experience in psychiatric or behavioural care preferred
• Ability to work within a structured therapeutic environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, reliable, and compassionate approach to care
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

The facility is a private psychiatric rehabilitation centre based in Ferndale, Johannesburg. It provides long term step down care between acute hospital admission and full community reintegration.
