Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and provide clinical care.

• Support and promote health education and disease prevention programmes.

• Administer prescribed treatment and maintain accurate medical records.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.

• Uphold ethical and professional standards of nursing practice.

Requirements:

• Current SANC registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Primary Health Care or community nursing.

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
